This gin is based on precise work with Habanero chili peppers. Distillation removes the heat but preserves the aromas: notes of red pepper, fruity accents, and an almost sweet impression. These nuances blend with those of honey, which adds a distinct sweetness without weighing down the structure. Fig leaves enrich the palette with a distinct vegetal aroma, complemented by a distinct note of grated coconut. The result is a unique gin, full-bodied and aromatic enough to replace rum in many cocktails.

Click & Collect: You can pick up the bottle (s) purchased on site at the distillery (52 rue de l'Arbre Sec, 75001) for free, to do so simply check the “click & collect” box.

Delivery to a relay point in mainland France: We work with Chronopost for our bottle shipments in France, and their numerous relay points which allow less expensive delivery than at home.

If you want a shipment, please check the corresponding box (delivery 1, 3 or 6 bottles). Please indicate your address, or the relay point of your choice in the comment section of your order.
