Tenants: The apartment can welcome in very good conditions two adults. The bedroom has one double bed. The sofa can be open to provided a bed. We can provide baby bed. Payment: Initial payment : a 30 percent of the total rental price will be asked to make the reservation firm. This payment will be sent using Paypal website or through Western Union network . The balance of the total rental price is due on checkin in cash. A "damage deposit" equal to 300 Euros (or equivalent in another currency) is required. The security deposit is provided on arrival at the apartment, in form of check or cash. The check can be provided in any currency. This deposit remains uncashed until a damage has been caused. This deposit in released on checkout provided no damage has been caused.
Cancellation: If you cancel the reservation, your initial payment made at reservation is refundable only if you cancel up to 6 weeks prior to the intended check-in date.
Breakage and damages: Breakages and other damages to the apartment and its contents should be immediately notified. Arrangements for repair will be made as soon as possible. We will make an appropriate charge of replacement or repair. These costs will be deducted from the damage deposit. The balance is refunded to you. In the case if it is not possible to establish the cost of the replacement or repair, the security deposit will be retained and the difference (deposit less cost of replacement or repair and Western Union) will be returned to you as soon as possible within 30 days.
Responsabilities: The apartment will be left in the same state as it is at arrival. We are not responsible for any loss or damages while your journey in the apartment. Pets are not allowed in the apartment. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms of the apartment. You are expected to behave in a civil manner with the neighbourhood, making no disturbance and no loud noise. The apartment can only be occupied by the tenant of the rental contract. No other person will live in the apartment during the rental period.
