The apartment is perfect - within walking distance to everything - cozy and secure. During our down time we enjoyed the new flat screen TV and high speed internet.
Communication was simple, thank's to Davy's fluency in English.
It was a wonderful week.

Must we leave??? We had a wonderful time in Paris, and this apartment was superb - well appointed, immacutely maintained, and near everything. We loved walking in the rue Montorgueuil area to put together our dinners - fresh bread, cheese, seafood - yum ! (My fqvorite part was our dinner cruise on the Seine... he asked, I said OUI ! What a romantic proposal.)
We will be back, and will recommend Davy & Morgane's charming home to all.

We enjoyed our stay in this charming neighborhood. The apartment is so comfortable and quiet that we found ourselves often sleeping later than we intended.
We saw many great things, but one week is not enough. We will be back.
Thank you Davy, it was a wonderful first visit to Paris!

Bonne Année!
The apartment is great because the great location. It's also very quiet, never heard neighbors. Au Chien qui Fume + Altitude 95 @Eiffel Tower were our favorite restaurants. Skip the Moulin Rouge show!!!
The Louvre, Versailles + Fontainebleau were beautiful!! You can save money on the Versailles packages, simply take the RER C line, you can catch it accross Pont Saint Michel or in front of Musée d'Orsay.
Love the apartment and Paris, Paris je t'aime!

This cute little apartment was the perfect place for being near everything! Unfortunately, with the strike, many of the metro and RER trains weren't working, our little feet were able to get us almost everywhere we needed to get to!
It was enjoyable and an amazing experience for me! Can't wait to return someday.

Many thanks for your hospitality while staying at your apartment for 3 days. Another restaurant (besides the others recommended in this guestbook) to visit for lunch is Chez Denise -if you like classic French fare - you will feel transported in time.
I hope to return soon!
Merci.

What a marvellous place to stay. We walked and then came to our "home" on rue Saint Honoré.
Try Chez Clovis and especially Le Louchebem (restaurants), both are beautiful. That you Davy for everything.

We had a wonderful three days in the beautiful city of Paris... the pleasure was heightened by this charming apartment in such a central location.
Thank you Davy for attention to detail of traveller's needs such as tourist information books, internet, etc... it all made it so much easier for us.
Thank you!

Our second visit to this charming apt. We feel so "at home" here, beyond comfortable. Our only regret is that we are leaving after only 5 nights, in order to continue our move on the Bordeaux + the Dordogne. Next time, we will book more time in Paris, + in particular this place.

This address should be anyone's hotel when you are in Paris. Don't forget to visit 2810, scarf, jewellery and purse shop and the wonderful hat shop, Françoise Obery Pottier boutique. Thank you Davy and Morgane.
God bless you.
PS: The shower is great.

Your apartment is as lovely as the pictures on the internet, and a perfect Paris residence. I walked everywhere, Marais, Eiffel Tower, Luxembourg gardens as well as the tourist standards. I'm even walking back to Gare du Nord to catch the train. The location here is perfect, yet the place is quiet, cozy and so peaceful. It was perfect to end the day with a luxurious hot bath, and start it with a cup of tea listening to Edith Piaf.
Use me anytime you need a recommendation, your lovely place was just perfect for me.

We came from Canada for the sights + the food and enjoyed both. Our first choice for dinner would HAVE TO BE: "Au Chien qui Fume", just down the road on 33, rue du Pont neuf. Everything else we tried arround we could take it or leave it. The food at Au Chien qui Fume was fabulous!!
Went to the wine cellars of Moet & Chandon in Epernay. Joured the Eiffel Tower once in the day, one at night, Notre Dame, Chateau de Versailles, Archeological Crypt, Arc de Triomphe, Seine River cruise, the Louvre + shopping - All in 1 week!!
Our feet are killing us!! And guess what?
We finally figured out the metro & RER (comfortable), + now we are leaving.
Thank you for the use of your lovely apartment. Yes it is a perfect location.
TRES BON!!

We had a wonderful stay here. The apt is very cute and extremely well equiped - everything we needed was provided and it felt totally like home. We are able to use the kitchen and cook some meals as well. The laptop and internet is definitely a bug bonus. Over all Davy, you have thought of everything.
The location is absolutely perfect - it simply cannot be better. Everything is walkable and we first loved walking down to the river (La Seine) every night and watch things around.
Davy, a special thanks for helping and coordinating our lost baggage. We will definitely recommend it to others and if we come back this will be our 1st choice to stay in Paris.

I now feel like a true Parisian! Any mention of this address gets a nod of approval - it is ideal. Once you get your bearings you will see that Paris seems vast - but it is not overwhelming on foot. I walked everywhere except to the Galerie Lafayette by metro once. Haussman Boulevard was very nice for shopping but very crowded. The Paris City tour minibus to Versailles was worth every $ - relaxed - the tour guide Géraldine, was so knowledgeable about every possible question : history and the city! The lunch was lovely and included. As a woman traveling solo I never worried about walking neat the apt. It is well lit outside and I believe it is very safe in Paris on the main Boulevards. Dont miss Hemingway s Bar at the Ritz - wonderful raspberry Martini + mini cheese burgers! The atmosphere is cool , dark and handsome - elegant wait staff take care if your every wish.
Everthing is so convenient so this lovely, comfortable and well stocked apartment.
Thank you Davy + Morgane for making my stay so memorable!

Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful apartment with us as we celebrate our fifteenth anniversary. It was so centrally located, we explored everywhere on foot. Your touches made this space both vast + cozy, and our trip will not soon been forgotten. Please contact us whenever you find yourself in Hawaï or east Germany - we'd love to share the places we love with you too! Merci!

We are so glad we found your apartment! It has given us a perfect base to enjoy our first visit to Paris (1st of many!). So comfortable + well equipped - thank you. Ate locally at Poule au Pot (good but expensive), Comptoir (good food, lively atmosphere), Café Clovis (good food, they are all good!) local and friendly. Bag wash at the laundromat. Concert at Saint Chapelle a highlight. Batobus was great.

This apt is perfect! I have rented several other apt in Paris and this is definitely the best location. I'm sure I walked at least 100 miles in the 10 days I was here and enjoyed every step of it.

We love the apartment! This is our third trip to Paris and this has been the best and most ideal location. We walked everywhere and were within easy reach of many great attractions - Notre Dame, Eiffel Tower, Sainte Chapelle, and of course, the Louvre. We visited l'Orangerie Museum at the Tuilerie and very much enjoyed the Monets, Renoirs, Picassos, and Modiglianis. We ate light dinners several nights in the apartment and felt very comfortable here. The shower is great and we had plenty of hot water! The bed is very soft and comfy, and we were very well rested after walking, walking, walking! The internet access in the apartment is great!

Davy and Morgane have taken 30sq meters + created a "gem"! The apt is perfect for us, a couple, so comfortable, quiet, clean, and a wonderful central location. The kitchen in the armoire is ingenious. Paris is filled with art, great art, and it continues into this space - beautiful original works adorn the walls. We can't wait until we return to our "home away from home" - a visit we have already scheduled. Many thanks to the hosts.

We have thouroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location is perfect, every corner we turned there is another surprise so keep on walking.
The suggestions in the book were very helpful and I would like to add one more that is watch the bowls in Les Halles gardens in the lunch hour, so typically French and very serious. We will be happy to recommend your apartment for this is the only way to absorb the most beautiful city in the world.

We stayed two weeks in February of 2005. The apartment was wonderful and had everything required for a pleasant stay. All the basics were close at hand. It is very close to metro/RER lines at Les Halles, which couldn't be more convenient for seeing the city. The hosts left a very helpful book with information. For a bit more involved food shopping, it's a quick walk across the park to the rue Montorgueil and its collection of bakeries, pastry shops, traiteurs (caterers), and an excellent marchand du vin. I had a lot of work to do the first three days we were there and my husband amused himself at the Louvre, which was just a walk away, not far at all.The apartment configuration was quite convenient. We hosted a dinner party for six (the two of us plus four friends) and were able to manage in the space and with the available preparation area (two burners, small refrigerator, sink). The last time I visited Paris, I stayed with a friend who had visited us often in the apartment. We walked by the front door on our way to visit a restaurant that Davy and Morgane had recommended to us. We both put our hands against the door, just to feel we were there again. I cannot wait to return. I truly felt it was our home and my husband refers to the neighborhood the same way.Very clean, very nice hosts, perfect location, helpful guidebook, feeling you were living in the neighborhood, what more could you ask?

I was in a great location!! Very easy to get everywhere from the appt. We felt like we actually lived in Paris and felt we were not tourists which is great. It gave us a new appreciation for this city. Thanks for the appt and hope to see you soon! It would have been nice to stay here with my boyfriend as its very romantic, but my mother and I had great time!
PS: to all guest = we found a half French + half English radio station its 106.05 fm which is nice to get bot. Thanks again.
